Jill Rowe - Oasis UK Ethos & Formation Director

Jill Rowe is a qualified teacher and youth & community worker.

In 1997 she joined Oasis, a charity and movement committed to inclusion and engaged in the transformation of local communities in the UK and around the world. Jill is part of the Oasis Group Executive Team serving as the Director of Ethos & Formation. Her role is to help ensure that Oasis is true to its organisational identity and ethos, and to resource and equip all Oasis leaders, staff, teachers, students, volunteers and wider community members to have opportunity to engage in their own personal development and character formation. Jill works extensively with the Oasis Academy Schools. As a part of this work, Jill has developed the organisation-wide Oasis 9 Habits formation programme

Abbe Barneby - Moringa Leadership Training & Coaching

Abbe has overseen Learning and Development for Oasis Community Learning for 5 years. Prior to this, she was CEO of Oasis Community Partnerships, a charity that delivers education, housing, youth work, community development and global citizenship. She has also pioneered community development work and has managed homeless housing projects.    

Abbe has a Postgraduate Certificate in Charity Management, a Masters in ‘Race’ and Ethnic Relations, a BA Honours in Humanities and is currently training as an Executive Coach with The British School of Coaching.
